A/S information
Free A/S for this product is available for one year from the date of receipt. It takes about 2-3 weeks to repair the product, and for products that have been damaged due to customer negligence or the quality warranty period has passed, round-trip shipping and A/S The cost is to be borne by the customer. Exchange, return, and A/S are possible only for customers who have a warranty, so please keep it.

Exchange & Return & Refund
If you wish to exchange or refund, please leave an inquiry for exchange, return, and refund on the COMMUNITY - Order board within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges are not possible once the product has been worn or damaged. For exchanges, be sure to use a designated courier company, and the customer must bear the round-trip delivery fee (5,000 won). After the product arrives at us, the exchange is processed through a verification process.
After receiving the product, if the vinyl sticker is opened or the side is cracked, exchange/refund is not possible unless the product itself is defective. Jewelry products are handmade and made to order, so size, color change, and simple change of mind are not possible. Refunds and exchanges are difficult, so please inspect the product carefully before opening it in plastic condition. Incorrect delivery or defective products must be returned to the head office within 7 days of receipt in order to be exchanged or returned. In the case of products using gemstones, there may be differences in color, detail, and minute flaws, which are not grounds for refund or exchange. Exchanges and refunds are not possible if there is any damage to the product or signs of wear due to customer negligence.
Precautions
Silver products use 92.5% silver, and accessories products are plated with silver needles to minimize problems such as allergies, but they may appear differently depending on constitution or physical condition. Please note that this is not a reason for exchange or refund. .All jewelry may be discolored quickly by cosmetics, sprays, perfumes, sweat or temperature, so be careful not to let foreign substances come into contact with them, and also refrain from wearing them while exercising, bathing, or sleeping. Make sure there are no foreign substances after wearing them. Wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in a jewelry box or product box to minimize discoloration. Since silver products are soft in nature, they can be bent easily, and you can use them without any problems if you touch them again with a weak force.
Period of use
The points generated by the order will be converted into the points that can actually be used after 20 days have passed from the time of the delivery completion check. For 20 days, it is classified as unused points. Unused points are points for orders that are not actually purchased in case of return or purchase cancellation. After the purchase is confirmed, the total points can be used immediately when purchasing the product.
Terms of use

extinction condition
When an order is canceled/refunded, the points accumulated from the purchase of the product will be canceled together. When you cancel your membership, your points will automatically expire. Even if there is no accumulation of additional points for 3 years from the date of the final accumulation of points, the points will automatically expire.
