production period
All of the products in the headquarters are handmade, so if there is no stock, the production period takes 5-10 days, and please note that delivery takes place after that.
shipping
KLEMOSDML All products will take 2 to 15 days to deliver (except Saturdays/holiday). Free shipping is provided for purchases over 100,000 won. (Additional fees will be added for islands and mountainous areas.) Please ask in advance whether it is possible to manufacture an urgent order or an order-made product in order to determine the date you want to receive it.
Cancellation before delivery
Orders for custom-made products can only be processed if you request cancellation within 24 hours. Please be aware of this and make a decision on customization.
A/S information
This product can be serviced free of charge for one year from the date of receipt. The repair period of the product takes about 2-3 weeks, and in the case of product damage caused by customer carelessness or after the quality warranty period, the customer has to bear the round trip shipping cost and warranty cost. Only customers with warranty can exchange, return, and warranty, so please keep it.
The warranty period takes a total of 10 to 20 days.
Exchange & Return & Refund
If you want an exchange or refund, please leave an exchange, return, and refund inquiry on the COMMUNITY-Order bulletin board within 24 hours of delivery completion. If you wear or damage the product at least once, it cannot be exchanged. You must use the designated courier for exchange, and you have to pay for the round-trip delivery fee. After the product arrives at our company, it will be exchanged through a confirmation process.
If the sticker of the vinyl is opened or the side is splashed after receiving the product, exchange/refund is not possible unless the product itself is defective. Jewelry products are hand-made and custom-made due to their nature, so it is difficult to refund or exchange due to size, color change, or simple change of mind, so please take a close look at the plastic condition before opening the product. Mis-delivery and defective products must be recovered to the headquarters within 7 days of receipt of the product to be exchanged or returned. In case of carelessness in use (damage, loss of accessories, acquired scratches, etc.), it will be treated as paid A/S in accordance with our regulations, and the return transportation cost in case of paid/free A/S will be borne by the customer. In case of defects in the product itself, we bear the shipping cost. In the case of our products, there may be slight differences and fine scratches due to the processing characteristics. For products using gemstones, there may be differences in color, detail, and fine defects, which are not a reason for refund or exchange. Exchange or refund is not possible if there are any signs of damage or wear due to customer carelessness.
Precautions
Silver 92.5% is used for silver products, and accessory products are plated on silver needles to minimize allergies, but it may appear differently depending on the constitution or body condition. Please note that this is not a reason for exchange or refund. All jewelry may discolor quickly depending on cosmetics, sprays, perfume products, or sweat or temperature, so please be careful not to touch foreign substances and refrain from exercising, bathing, and wearing them at night. After wearing it, wipe it with a soft cloth to prevent foreign substances, and store it in jewelry or product boxes to minimize discoloration. Silver products are soft due to their nature, so they can be bent easily, and if you touch them again with a weak force, you can use them without any major problems.
Period of use
The reserves generated by the order will be converted into actual usable reserves only 20 days after the delivery completion check point. For 20 days, it will be classified as an unavailable reserve. Unavailable reserves are reserves for orders that have not been purchased in preparation for returns or cancellations of purchases. After the purchase is confirmed, the total reserves can be used immediately when purchasing the product.
Terms of use
When you use the reserve, the minimum available reserve starts at 1,000 KRW.
Extinction condition
In case of order cancellation/refund, the accumulated points from the purchase of the product will be canceled together. In case of membership withdrawal, the reserves are automatically extinguished. Even if there is no additional accumulation of reserves for three years from the date of the final reserve, the reserve will automatically expire.
